Future Leaders February 23-24
The Future Leader program was developed to foster the growth of up-and-coming decision-makers from across the country and has garnered praise from newspaper professionals from all circulation sizes. Smaller Market Program February 24; 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Take advantage of this special information packed Sunday morning program designed specifically for smaller-market newspaper executives and discover new ideas and strategies that will help your advertising, circulation, readership and newspaper operations.
This special half-day program will feature key-note presentations by Scott Stines, president of mass2one and past president of INMA exploring how you can grow circulation and audience and capture a greater share of print and digital ad revenue, Sammy Papert, chairman of Belden Associates who will challenge you to look at new directions for leveraging traditional smaller-market newspaper strengths, plus take a behind the scenes look at new strategies and innovations, new opportunities and new ways of doing business featuring Zeke Fleet, VP Operations & Advertising at Ottaway Newspapers, learn the steps to capturing more political advertising in this important upcoming year demonstrated during a ‘how to’ program by Jack Brady, director of advertising at NAA and hear about a dynamic smaller-market success story on developing local web content that is sure to drive readership and new revenue streams presented by Ellen Avignone, New Media Director with the Keene Publishing Corporation. User Groups Hundreds of executives in newspaper circulation, marketing, display and classified advertising, research and digital publishing gather each year at The NAA Marketing Conference to walk the show floor and attend educational programming. NAA invites User Groups to be a part of this event by holding their meeting in conjunction with The Marketing Conference. User Groups holding meetings will:
- Receive free room rental - save money by not paying for meeting space!
- Help your product users' travel budgets go farther.
- Be at the event your product users attend.
- Take advantage of the networking that occurs at the Marketing Conference.

Meeting Room Space is available on a first come, first served basis. There is a wide variety of room set options available to User Groups. NAA puts all User Groups in contact with food and audiovisual service providers at the Orlando World Center Marriott.
